Just got a call. Bank went ahead and foreclosed on our short sale house. We get first dibs to offer again after the bank decides how much they really want for it. We should have an answer within 2 weeks.

There might be some hope in the form of new regulation giving banks 10 days to approve or deny short sales. Not sure when it goes into effect but let’s hope it’s soon and that it’s enforceable.

@Krystle @snarkykisses, Yes, ma’am! BofA is the lender and they couldn’t find their ass with both hands and a flashlight. They keep forgetting to input info into the data banks and shit so that puts us weeks behind all the time. I hope to hell yours is a small lender! Get ready for a long bumpy ride if it’s not!

@GeekByMarriage, exactly my fear my darling… I can’t even comprehend it, so frustrating. I’m hoping ours is a small local bank but God only knows. Do you know who your lender is for that house or what that banks name is?
