Alright, my sweet darling Sarah (@scunning) at I’m Stepping Forward some of you may know all this stuff about me, but there are some people that don’t so with that, I give you… well, stuff about me. Enjoy!
1. Name someone with the same birthday as you. Not aware of anyone I’m close to, but I do remember Troy Aikman’s birthday is November 21st. Psst, Yes, my birthday is in 2 days and you can send presents. Lots of them! *Ahem* iPhone accessories *Ahem*
2. Where was your first kiss? Oh geez… Uh, well… someone that I knew the summer after high school, before college started.
3. Have you ever seriously vandalized someone else’s property? Nope; well unless you call stealing Christmas lights from a families house the night they were having their family Christmas and hiding in the ditch with all the lights until the cars went by and then running across the road to the neighbors house and draping the house and little tree with all sorts of mismatched lights… then, yes… except this time it wasn’t really vandalizing because A) I was with my dad and B) it was fun and C) he knew both people and was doing it as a prankster joke because he and his friends are weird like that! That’s a whole ’nother blog post… that’s kinda funny actually.
4. Have you ever hit someone of the opposite sex? Bwaha, yeah… all the time; but it’s more of a love tap, “Gahd, Shut up!” *wack*
5. Have you ever sung in front of a large number of people? Yes, Middle school 6th grade when I along with another classmate of mine got the duet for “Smile”
6. What’s the first thing you notice about your preferred sex? Their smile and what Sarah said before me… and that’s their height; tall girls need tall boys.
7. What really turns you off? Chauvinistic men. GAHD!
8. What do you order at Starbucks? Something non coffee; probably Hot Chocolate. I’m more of a Mountain Dew person; however at Caribou I always get either the Mint Condition, Ho Ho Mocha or… other non coffee drinks.
9. What is your biggest mistake? Not standing up for myself and always listening to what others think I should do, not what my heart thinks I should do.
10. Have you ever hurt yourself on purpose? No
11. Say something totally random about yourself. Haha, I agree with Sarah’s that she had here… she said office supplies, pens, notebooks, calendars… and I’d have to agree. I’m a office supply geek and I like to hoard things at home and at work, especially good pens that write well and smooth and notepads and Sharpie Pens (!!!!) and file folders at home, and colorful journal/calendar things and… oh my. I also love little gadgets for my computer or iTouch (soon iPhone!!).
13. Do you still watch kiddie movies or TV shows? Not too often, actually. I should do that more.
14. Did you have braces? Oh yes, did I ever. For too many years too, but now my teeth are straight as can be.
15. Are you comfortable with your height? Yes, I am… I wasn’t growing up because I always felt like the big fat tall girl at school that always over shadowed all the other petite girls in my class.
16. What is the most romantic thing someone of the preferred sex has done for you? Uhm…uhmmm…alot of little things; but nothing extreme that I consider “romantic”.
17. When do you know its love? When they love you unconditionally and don’t care about the things you are most self-conscious about.
18. Do you speak any other languages? Muy Pequeno, si.
19. Have you ever been to a tanning salon? Yes multiple times in high school/college years, but it never worked; I’m not a tanner… I’m Norwegian and all things FAIR.
20. What magazines do you read? Hmm, none really… I mainly find all that stuff online somewhere.
21. Have you ever ridden in a limo? Yep… twice this year; both were stretch Lincoln Navigator’s. One was at BlogHer and the other this past October.
22. Has anyone you were really close to passed away? Yes, an aunt and uncle.
23. Do you watch MTV? Not usually
24. What’s something that really annoys you? People who don’t use their blinkers. I THOUGHT NEW VEHICLES COME WITH BLINKERS NOW DAYS. Apparently YOUR model did NOT, asshole. Ugh, I get twitchy when someone acts like they own the road.
25. What’s something you really like? Mountain Dew
26. Do you like Michael Jackson? Never got invested in him and his music other than a few of the Jackson 5 songs.
27. Can you dance? Hahahaha, nope!
28. What’s the latest you have ever stayed up? Ohh, late… like 6am late.
29. Have you ever been rushed by an ambulance into the emergency room? No
30. Do you actually read these when other people fill them out? YES!
