Oh no! That sounds absolutely awful! I’m glad you’re starting to get better.

I work at a college (students have HORRIBLE health habits) and consider myself lucky not to have gotten it. I’m keeping my fingers crossed until I get vaccinated. I was already out 2-3 days for a sinus infection this month.

Get lots of sleep, lots of luvin’ from hubs and the pup and get better!

I haven’t been freaked out or thought much about H1N1.. but lately I’ve been getting nervous. I just moved to Syracuse, and if I get sick, I’m all alone with NO ONE to take care of me. So I told BF that if I got sick he would have to come take care of me.

Wow. I am so sorry you went through this, it sounds AWFUL.

I already wrote about this on my blog, but I am *terrified* at the thought of Catie getting H1N1 because she has such severe asthma. She got the first vaccine, but for little kids they half to split the dose in half, so she won’t be fully protected until she gets the 2nd vaccine in a month. So between now & then, I’m just trying to be obsessive about hand-washing and limiting the places we go. And I’m getting the vaccine as soon as it’s available.

P.S. You realize that if your cousin comes down with H1N1 on her honeymoon, she’s totally going to blame you, right?
